This work is inspired by nature, exotic, luminous and luxuriant, the fruit of my imagination enriched by my travels through the gardens and forests of distant lands.
The figurative shape was conceived as a whole, with four coupled panels.
The design was voluntarily placed along the lines of the outer layer of wood beneath the bark, in harmony with the original grain.
The panels were then given floral motifs of varying dimensions, the colors and forms selected to accentuate the effects of the shadows and the relief.
Finally, you will notice in the upper branches a pattern of threads, placed to make each leaf unique.
The lively warm tonalities, rich in nuance, are an allusion to the tropics, and the small sparkling threads suggest the presence of rays.
Arborescence {180 HR} was born after 180 hours of patient labor.
